Location is excellent, very close to the city center. The host is very nice and friendly.
The drain in the bathroom is slow when showering.

Modern furniture, ample
The sofa and dining chairs had visible dirty spots, and the living room rug was old and worn, which made the apartment feel less well maintained. Because this is an apartment rather than a hotel, there is no option to store luggage after checkout. The 11:00 a.m. checkout time felt quite early, and it would have been helpful to have some flexibility for guests with later departures.
