The views, the walks and the location
The towels do not need to be washed every other day. It’s not environmentally friendly. Guests should have the option to not have them washed if not necessary

Peaceful, excellent views of the river and beach. Place was cleaned daily. Perfect holiday destination just to relax and rewind.

The property itself is spacious, clean and has good facilities like a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher which made it very convienent, good views and close to the trail path going down to the fishing pier. Plenty of hot water for the after beach showers, towels were changed once during the stay. A cleaner came through daily (very friendly cleaning staff). Loved the balcony braai area. The lack of wifi is a blessing to get families together as well as shut down from work completely.
The beach is a hike down and not suitable for older people who have difficulty walking or are disabled which was unfortunate in our case as not all could come to the beach, but that had nothing to do with the unit itself. Games room could use a make over, add more games, music to make it colourful, inviting and engaging for kids. Maybe even a few activities for the kids at certain times, considering it was peak season.

Very peaceful area also a beautiful place but needs attention. Beds and lounge very comfortable
Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Kitchen very untidy. Dishes were dirty and some cracked. Maids were very rude. Didn't want to provide toilet rolls and towels or dish cloths. Maids cleaned anyhow. Didnt even dress the beds properly. Braai area was never cleaned after we used it. Bin was filthy. Beautiful place but needs urgent attention.
