A very good, recent and modern refurbishment with good quality products. Good aircon and a nice sitting area outside too.
A couple of things would have been handy like a toaster and some better/sharper knives for food prep.

it was very clean and new, the backyard grill was great.
The parking is really bad, the car can’t fit in the parking space and it hangs in the street (as a result someone scratched my 2022 car). The backyard is hard to enjoy after 9 AM as it is under direct sunlight, an adjustable umbrella would be great.

The apartment had a beautiful patio, very modern interior. Area was safe and quiet. McDonalds, supermarket and bus stop was within a 5 minute walk. Ante's recommendations for restaurants and beaches were extremely helpful. Overall, an ideal place to stay whwn visiting Split.
