Apartment Modern Studio Near Žnjan Beach

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Boravak u ovom objektu bio je zaista odličan. Sve je bilo uredno, čisto i vrlo dobro organizirano. Lokacija je izvrsna – plaža, fakultet, restorani i trgovine nalaze se u neposrednoj blizini, tako da je sve lako dostupno pješice. Smještaj je ispunio sva naša očekivanja i osjećali smo se ugodno tijekom cijelog boravka. Svakako bismo ga preporučili svima koji traže praktičan, uredan i ugodan smještaj na odličnoj lokaciji. Rado bismo ponovno odsjeli ovdje. 😊

The apartment had everything I needed! I loved the decor and small touches. It was clean and comfortable, within walking distance to žnjan beach. I booked this last minute but the owner was responsive and made the check-in process super quick and easy.

Gezellige kamer, keukentje met alle materialen beschikbaar. Goede airco. Vriendelijke gastheer, parkeerplaats vlak voor de deur. 30 min wandelen naar het centrum, maar met de bus (halte Kampus op aantal minuten wandelen) op 10 minuten in centrum.

Eventueel enige minpunt: beetje gehorige ruimte; je hoort voetstappen van verdieping boven je.

The studio was a good value for money, however still very small.

The location is a bit sketchy as there is a corner shop with many questionable personas drinking nearby. One night we left our bikini out to dry in the patio and the bikini top got stolen along with the towel (definitely not the wind as there was no wind and also empty soda bottle on the table). Furthermore, the host requested cash, however for VAT purposes a transfer of money was agreed. International transfers can take 5 working days but yet I received a call from the host, despite sending him a transfer copy the same day, shouting at me in offensive way, saying not to ‘mess with him’ ‘to sort this immediately or else’. Not really walkable to town or beach either, but taxi is 6 euro. Take these facts as you will.
