The apartment had everything I needed! I loved the decor and small touches. It was clean and comfortable, within walking distance to žnjan beach. I booked this last minute but the owner was responsive and made the check-in process super quick and easy.

Gezellige kamer, keukentje met alle materialen beschikbaar. Goede airco. Vriendelijke gastheer, parkeerplaats vlak voor de deur.
30 min wandelen naar het centrum, maar met de bus (halte Kampus op aantal minuten wandelen) op 10 minuten in centrum.
Eventueel enige minpunt: beetje gehorige ruimte; je hoort voetstappen van verdieping boven je.

Me gustó la ubicación y el anfitrión muy simpático y gentil. La cama grande muy cómoda y las almohadas estupendas.
La cocina tenía de casi todo. Muy bien. Nos ofreció detergente y suavizante para poder poner lavadoras y volver a tener todo limpio para continuar nuestro viaje.
El piso es bastante más pequeño de lo previsto, la foto del espejo me despistó. Hemos estado poco en él, por lo que no ha llegado a ser un problema los espacios reducidos en el baño y en la zona de estar-cocina, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. El suelo del mini piso, no se había limpiado a nuestra llegada, estaba sucio. La cama plegable del sofá cama, no puede ser más dura,además de que para poder abrirla tienes que retirar las sillas del comedor y poner la mesa arrimada completamente a la pared por lo que las zonas de paso aún se reducen más.
En el mini baño, difícil salir sin haber mojado medio baño, la mampara es demasiado corta. La ducha en si, guay, pero no te duchas a gusto con miedo de mojarlo todo.
No volvería a alquilar este apartamento por el tema del espacio fundamentalmente, a pesar de que el anfitrión fue súper simpático y estuvimos en contacto todo el día, pendiente de nuestra llegada.

The studio was a good value for money, however still very small.
The location is a bit sketchy as there is a corner shop with many questionable personas drinking nearby. One night we left our bikini out to dry in the patio and the bikini top got stolen along with the towel (definitely not the wind as there was no wind and also empty soda bottle on the table).
Furthermore, the host requested cash, however for VAT purposes a transfer of money was agreed. International transfers can take 5 working days but yet I received a call from the host, despite sending him a transfer copy the same day, shouting at me in offensive way, saying not to ‘mess with him’ ‘to sort this immediately or else’.
Not really walkable to town or beach either, but taxi is 6 euro.
Take these facts as you will.
