Absolutely no hot water, only really cold. Serious problem to stay with a dog despite it was explicitly claimed on booking.com that pets were allowed! We were told we should have called prior to booking. We had to leave sooner in the morning because of the personal duties of the owner what was announced at the check-in. We accepted that and the problem with dog appeared then.
