Luxury Black and White Interior Apartments & Rooftop Terrace

The unit we stayed at was great, clean, fully outfitted with cooking supplies, coffee, etc. very happy!

Struttura nuova, mobili nuovi, letto comodo, disponibile scelta cuscino. Bagno e doccia grandi e comodi. Cucina ben fornita anche di lavatrice (anche se consiglierei di lasciare qualche capsula caffè per la macchinetta Nespresso). Appartamento molto fresco, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accendere mai il condizionatore. Spazietto fronte porta d’ingresso dotato di tavolino e stendino con mollette. Parcheggio auto super facile in piazzola vicino al palazzo. Posizione di per sé non scomoda per la macchina, molto vicina all’uscita dalla città e alle principali vie; un po difficile uscire a piedi, un po per le vie in salita, un po per qualche cane randagio, e un po perché l’inizio del lungomare è a 30 min a piedi.

Non essendoci un tavolo/bancone, abbiamo fatto un po fatica a fare colazione dentro. Le foto dell’appartamento mostrano una grande terrazza ma evidentemente non tutti gli appartamenti ci hanno accesso, noi eravamo al piano terra e avevamo solo lo spazietto davanti casa, utile ma con vista strada ;)

Ουσιαστικά ήταν μια διαμορφωμένη ταράτσα στην οποία υπήρχε πρόσβαση με σκάλες στον τρίτο όροφο.

I’m sure the interior was nice, but the area that the house was, was an underdeveloped area of Kalamata. I did not even stay at the house, and I blame booking and not the owner of the house for not protecting their customers. Owner I spoke on the phone he seemed like a decent fellow, other than that, not a place I would stay.
