A rare rental that actually looks better in person than in photos - Maria’s place was SO clean, so cute, and had everything we could’ve ever needed. She really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable - from picking us up at the train station, to helping us with our luggage (I was traveling with my parents who are in their 70s), to providing us with wonderful snacks and beverages, information for exploring Sorrento, etc. My parents couldn’t stop gushing about how impressed and touched they were by Maria’s hospitality and kindness. We’ve never experienced a host like her in all our years of traveling the globe.
In addition, the property is an easy 5 minute walk to the center of all the action in Sorrento. The private sun deck is way bigger than we expected, with several lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a washing machine! My parents especially appreciated that the building had an elevator, which many do not have in Italy! The apartment also had tons of outlets and USB chargers in the wall, beach towels, umbrellas - you could tell Maria really thought of everything a guest would need and it was SO appreciated. Would definitely go back and stay there again in the future and now every future host has huge shoes to fill for our family lol.

Everything about this place is perfect. The hosts are some of the most hospitable people we have ever met in our lift, they picked us up from the train station when we got to Sorrento and dropped us off when it was time to go (even though it was very very early). Maria Pia was extremely responsive to all of our questions and gave the best recommendations. If we ever travel to Sorrento again there is no doubt we will be staying with them again, 10/10 recommend.
There wasnt really anything we didnt like about our stay. There were some ants in the unit but not like it was infested or anything and really not that big of a deal. Im only mentioning it because I need to make this longer lol.

Maria has been a great host with regular communication, sharing lots f detail of areas to visit.
The apartment was of a very high standard and clean throughout, the supply of additional extra touches were great appreciated, such as a semi full fridge, plenty of food and snacks.
Location was brilliant, for the town, bus stops and train station.
The only negative was the pool area, closed between 2pm & 4pm with only chairs to relax (no sun loungers). The two life guards spent all their time on phones and policing the wearing of hats in the pool and stopping the kids having fun.
