La disponibilita della padrona, la posizione, l'ampiezza dei locali e del cortile giardino. Abbuamo trovato cibo e bevande al nostro arrivo. Letti comodi e biancheria pulita.
In cucina abbiamo trovato stoviglie non perfettamente pulite. Le abbiamo rilevate con la lavastoviglie prima dell'utilizzo.

Excelente pequeno‑almoço, com vários produtos à disposição, frescos e bem apresentados. A casa fica localizada mesmo no centro, o que facilita muito o acesso aos principais pontos de interesse., e apesar de ser central, é um sítio muito sossegado, ideal para descansar depois de um dia de passeios. O ambiente é acolhedor e seguro, o que torna o alojamento excelente para famílias.

Excelente pequeno almoço com muita qualidade e variedade.
A casa está claramente a precisar de obras, as janelas já não são adequadas o que se reflete no ruído do exterior, frio e humidade dentro de casa. Ter também atenção ás varandas estão num estado em que pode ser perigoso para crianças. A situação da humidade nota-se bastante por exemplo no papel de parede.
