Posizione ottima, vista mare e si può arrivare al centro a piedi.
Migliorerei la doccia (stretta e vecchiotta) e la pulizia delle lenzuola. Incrementerei i servizi di base offerti: detersivo per la lavatrice, più carta igienica o anche la gestione dei rifiuti (sarebbe comodo avere cestini appositi).

Angela wachtte ons op voor een warm onthaal met een traktatie en duidelijke praktische richtlijnen over het apt. Ze heet niet voor niets Angela: het is echt een engeltje! Ze was steeds bereikbaar, behulpzaamn enthousiast en gaf veel goede tips. Alleen al omdat zij de contactpersoon is zou ik het apt aanraden.
We hadden de eerste avond moeite met parkeerplaats vinden, Angela probeerde te helpen, maar door een feest stond het overal vol in de smalle stijle straatjes. Overdag wel bijna altijd plaats achter de hoek, 's avonds vaak niet en heel de buurt is een zone waar enkel de bewoners mogen parkeren.
