Superbe location idéalement située à 3 minutes du quartier animé. Deux étages avec à chaque niveau une salle d'eau avec WC. Lits de grande dimension avec couchages très confortables. Décoration soignée. Tous les équipements nécessaires (climatisation, lave linge, lave vaisselle, cafetière). L'accueil a été très chaleureux.
Difficultés pour se stationner (petites ruelles avec stationnement réservé aux résidents, il fallait chercher des places éloignées pour se stationner). Petite suggestion pour les hôtes : il serait intéressant de faire une notice avec les "règles" et recommandations pour la location (tri des déchets, modalités de départ, utilisation de la clim) dans différentes langues. Accueil très chaleureux mais ne parlant pas du tout l'italien nous avons eu du mal à tout comprendre malheureusement.
