Loved the location, private gated community on its own island, great communication with owner, had pots and pans and towels and extra bedding which was super nice! They also had laundry soap and dryer sheets which was great to have for a weeklong stay!
Hot tub didnt get super hot, we could have been using it wrong but it seemed it wasnt working perfectly during our stay. The fridge door was also stained and a corner on the pull out sofa (not a big deal, was just noticeable)

The ease of getting to the property and being able to park a few feet away from the front door. Even though it was not on South Padre per se it was very easy to get to South Padre over the bridge.
Chemicals in the Jacuzzi seem to be too strong. Would be nice if they were less toxic smelling 
$$$$
