Comfortable cabin in a convenient location. The neighborhood is near the lighthouse, restaurants, and the bridge to South Padre Island. I found the bed to be
very comfortable and slept well during our stay.
I don’t recall noticing the $90 resort fee in the property listing, my daughter and I didn’t use any of the amenities during our stay so it felt more of a tax. The overall cost of the stay including the resort fee was fair; can the fee be rolled into the rental rate so it doesn’t feel like a tax

Location was exactly what I was looking for. LIV is a fair and quiet location. The pool area is nice and area is walking friendly. The cottage is a good size and wifi was fast enough for steady streaming from our Apple TV. The washer & dryer was a strong plus for convenience.
The cottage felt like it hadn’t been used in a while had that closed up for while smell. We cleaned upon our arrival it felt necessary. The shower has damage and a poorly functioning shower head. The mattress needs replacement and new pillows would be a plus.
