1. Top locatie, heel dichtbij (om de hoek van t appartement start het oude centrum en supermarkt op 1 min lopen. 2. Netjes appartement, bedden roken heerlijk fris. 3. Fijn bad met zitting met kinderen. 4. Ook heel fijn dat er een wasmachine stond om een wasje te kunnen draaien. 5. Er waren wat basismaterialen aanwezig, heel fijn (denk aan bakpapier, afwas en wasmiddel, douchegel et cetera) 6. Er stond wat speelgoed en de kamers waren een fijn formaat.
Als ik wat moet opmerken, dan kunnen wat kitranden en spullen zoals de verwarmingen wat verf gebruiken. Je ziet op sommige plekken, zoals in de badkamer, wat achterstallig onderhoud / roest / verkleuring waardoor het minder fris oogt dan het is. Ook hing niet in alle ruimten een brandalarm. Het was erg warm in het appartement, de ventilatoren in de slaapkamers waren prettig.
