The Beach Cottages offer a beachfront heated pool and spa, a large sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and gas grills to enjoy.
With the sugary white sandy beach just footsteps away, you’re perched on the fifth floor with a private balcony overlooking Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and stunning Gulf waters just beyond, accessible from both the living area and primary bedroom. The spacious (1,400 square feet) open floor plan with split bedrooms allows plenty of privacy and overflows with contemporary coastal elegance and cozy furnishings.
Whip up delicious dishes in the modern, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the little extras - including a blender, a toaster oven, a slow cooker, grill tools, baking tools, and pots and pans for large meals. The adjacent dining area is delightfully appointed.
Work or learn remotely while enjoying beachside views with a desk in every room (one extra monitor). Enjoy free WiFi, cable, and smart TVs situated in the living area and each bedroom.
Rest in hidden luxury in the stylish primary suite with a memory foam mattress with cooling foam technology for better sleep, and awaken to seaside views. The en suite primary bath boasts dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

This is a well located apartment in front of the beach. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable with enough room to enjoy, besides a well equipped kitchen. Is worth taking some time with your family on this nice property.

Such a great spot for vacation with our 7 year olds. The beach was close and had a good mix of people. Not too many, but enough for the kids to have fun. The pool was close by, again with other families and kids playing. We didn't have to rent a car because the trolley system took us north to Clearwater beach and south to St Pete. The condo was furnished with everything we needed, along with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, sandcastle materials and shovels. 10/10 recommend

The property has a view of the ocean. Was clean and had lots of beach necessities such as toys and chairs. Parking was nice and simple. And multiple places to eat in walking distance.

Wouldn’t necessarily describe it as upscale. Very clean. If you sit on balcony you can smell all the bird poop from next door.
