The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-Dog Hybrid.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This townhome met our family's needs perfectly. The large pool overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Gulf beach is just a short walk across the street. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. When we contacted Vacasa for a minor issue it was taken care of right away. This home is clean and comfortable.

We love Indian Shores and this location was great! Easy access to the beach and intercoastal dock was perfect. My grandson fished everyday and we were able to see manatees and Atlantic stingray from the doc. There is a family of raccoons living under the pool deck that were also entertaining. Overall a great experience. The lack of communication from Vacasa regarding the roofing construction was frustrating, loud, and a serious safety concern. Please do better Vacasa

The property was very nice. Unfortunately the last day the keypad stopped working and we had to climb in a window, whenever we left the condo. . We called the only number listed and no one showed up to fix the problem. Very disappointed in the response from management.
