Live like a local in this coveted bright and airy end unit with full water views where you can watch the dolphins, birds and boats go by. Take the beach buggy with umbrella and chairs to the beach which is only a 3 minute walk away! (You wait longer for the elevator in the high rises!) Or take a dip in the heated pool (EXCLUDING December/January) overlooking the water with sun deck right next to your unit. The Master Suite has a queen bed with its own private balcony and newly updated ensuite bathroom. The Guest Suite also has a queen bed with a newly updated ensuite bathroom. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area. You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, Free Wifi and all linens and towels are provided. The garage is available for parking as well as the driveway and one extra designated space. Please enjoy the two kayaks left for your use; where you can put in just behind the unit.
Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.
The beach trolley has a stop conveniently located just across the street on Gulf Boulevard and travels as far North as Clearwater Beach and as far South as St. Pete Beach, allowing you to leave your car at the condo as you sample the many restaurants and bars along the way.

Pictures accurately portray the property. This vacation rental was conveniently located to restaurants, shops and just a short walk to the beach. All beach equipment is included and conveniently located in a garage (no lugging heavy wagons, chairs etc up and down steps). The unit was very clean, had all that we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The patio had wonderful views of the intercoastal waterway. This is an older complex but this unit has had many updates and has been well taken care of. We’ve been vacationing in the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks area for years and this unit ranks high for us. One thing to keep in mind, there are stairs up to the main level and stairs to the second floor bedrooms. Seaside Property Shoppe is a reliable, professional agency to work with (this is our third time renting thru them).

Everything was absolutely perfect for our sister's weekend. Everything and anything you would need was there.The place was very clean and comfortable. And the views were outstanding. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great communication with the rental company which is always a plus. If you are looking for a place at the beach rent this place you will not be disappointed. We are already working on a return visit. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

We travelled down on Christmas Day and stayed until New Years Day in Bayview Villas 101. It was our first time visiting Indian Rocks/Shores as well as our first time staying somewhere that wasn’t ocean front. When we arrived our check in was effortless thanks to The Seaside Property Shoppe contacting us earlier in the week with easy to understand checkin instructions. Once we arrived on Christmas we found our beautifully decorated and very clean condo even had a decorated Christmas tree. The view from the multi-window living room provided direct views of the intercostal waterway quickly made us forget about not being ocean front as we watched dozens of boats go in and out each day. The condo was quiet with what seemed to be a number of permanent residents who were all very friendly. The walk to the beach took about as long as it would take to wait for an elevator if staying in a high rise condo. And the owners had chairs and a beach cart ready in their first level garage for us to use. The price for the condo was very reasonable and we will definitely be back. The only drawbacks to the condo, is if you have trouble climbing steps (because there is 3 levels) and being next to the pool (may be a little noisy during the summer).
