It was easy to get to & comfortable.Close to everything. Noise was never an issue. Nice ac & comfortable bed. Plenty of linens. The only thing I would say is that it needs a good deep clean. The trundle bed mattress was a little dirty & a towel from previous guest was out on the deck & a dirty cup in the dishwasher. Long dark hairs in the shower. I don't think the floors were mopped prior to our arrival. Minor issues but worth noting. The lock is a little hard to maneuver. Cozy little place though.

The property was very nice and as described. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I really liked the location as it was very drivable to everything to do in Branson but the traffic wasn't ridiculous even in the middle of the season.

Stay was just so so.. upon arrival an hour after allotted check in the accommodations looked like they were occupied (bed not made & looked slept in, trash in the bathroom, and wet towels in the bathroom) I texted Ashley and she noted the facility to be skipped by accident for cleaning and that someone would be over to clean it quickly. The individual who showed up to clean apologized but just really surface level cleaned. We arrived with one roll of toilet paper here and was told she’d drop off some for us.. we never saw that so my husband made a trip when we got back to the VRBO Saturday night. The door lock was a pain in the butt to lock / very frustrating to use. There are multiple fungus gnats throughout the space that were such a nuisance. We will be back to Branson but not to this property unfortunately. Highly disappointed in the stay & service.
