Overall it was a good stay! It was only one night on NYE. Clean and stocked enough for our short term needs. As others mentioned, the beds are hard, even for members of our party that like a hard bed. If I were planning on staying longer, I would not have a large group staying as the common space is a bit tight. It can sleep six, but I'd recommend 4 at the most.

Condo was as described. Every thing you will need in this nice home away from home. We did like the location it was very close to the main 76 strip. The condo was very clean. If I had to point out any downside to this condo it would have to be you do hear the neighbors upstairs walking very heavily. And the master bedroom mattress was a little too hard for my taste, nothing wrong with it, that was just my personal observation.

Our condo was very close to all the activities we had planned on our stay and compared to staying in a hotel this has so much more room and has more to offer.
