About this apartment rental
The Space:
We designed this 2-bed, 2-bath condo for people who actually need the internet to work while they're here, but it's just as good for a ski weekend or a slower trip with the family. It's on a quiet street in north CDA, and honestly the thing guests mention most is how fast the wifi is — it's gigabit fiber, so you can be on a video call while someone else in the unit is uploading files or streaming, and nobody's fighting over bandwidth.
The bedrooms
The primary bedroom has a king bed on an adjustable base, a walk-in closet, and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and is right next to the second full bath. Works well for two couples, a family, or a couple of coworkers who don't want to share a room.
Kitchen and living room
Full kitchen, upgraded appliances, and a dining table that doubles as a second desk if you need it during the day. The living room gets good natural light.
A few other things
There's in-unit laundry, so no laundromat runs. The building has its own gym and sauna, and both are included — you're not paying extra for them. There's private parking on site.
Good for
Remote workers who need reliable wifi and a relaxing place to rest your head. Families or couples splitting bedrooms. Anyone headed to Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass, or Schweitzer for the day and wanting a comfortable place to come back to. People staying a week or longer who'd rather cook and do their own laundry than eat out for every meal. We host many multiple month long stays
Getting around
Costco, Target, and Silver Lake Mall are about 5 minutes away. Tubbs Hill and the lake are a short drive, same with downtown. If you've got kids with you, Silverwood is about 25 minutes and Triple Play Family Fun Park is 10. Ski season, you're within reach of Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass, and Schweitzer.

Check-in's after 4pm, check-out's before 10am. We allow dogs (house-trained only, pet fee applies). There are stairs to get up to the unit, so keep that in mind if it's a dealbreaker for anyone in your group. We're local and usually get back to messages within the hour.

The condo is very roomy and comfortable. It has a nice kitchen so you can cook meals. The king bed is very comfortable. Plenty of blankets in the closet if you need an extra. The thermostat is easy to set. The two bathrooms are very nice. The condo has a washer and dryer, which was very nice. Plenty of places to park near the condo. The location makes it very easy to get around in the Coeur D'Alene area. We were there for a funeral, so the nice accommodations were a nice 'home away from home.'The front door to the condo is in a hallway. The building that the condo is in is easy to find, but the door to the condo is a bit tricky since it's in a hallway. If you plan on using the exercise facilities you must have a key card to open the door to the facility. It's not by using the keypad number that you use to enter the condo. The key card should be in the top drawer, by the dishwasher. We didn't have one, so arrangements had to be made to get one. Ashley was helpful. We have family in the area, so we plan to return and hopefully stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and in a safe and quiet area. The property manager’s communication was great, ensuring that our stay was excellent.

The apartment is large and has two comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. It was challenging to locate the room in the dark, so getting clearer instructions ahead of time would be helpful. Check the added fees and final date you can last cancel so that you are not surprised!

We had a wonderful time during our stay and the property was perfect. If we are in the area again we would definitely look to stay here again.
