Appréciation générale à 1/5 mais tout ne mérite pas 1/5. L'annonce n'est pas claire concernant l'ensemble de la location. Le jaccuzi présent sur les photos est en option néanmoins nous avons du le payer en plus car non mentionné dans l'annonce. Il y a eu un geste du propriétaire que nous avons apprécié. Le jaccuzi était propre. Mais nous étions 4 adultes et impossible de rentrer dedans à 4 sans le vider. Donc système D nous avons dû vider au seau de ménage une bonne partie afin de ne pas le faire déborder. Concernant les remous (bulles) inutile de les espérer à 4. Nous les avons coupés immédiatement après avoir lancé l'essai en voyant que ça débordait... bref un fiasco. En dehors de ça c'est agréable.. Le propriétaire est sympathique dans les échanges. Merci pour la bouteille de rosé et la bouteille d'eau. Le logement est encore en travaux, les finissions ne sont pas là... Le jardin... existera un jour. Le salon de jardin était trop sale pour être utilisé. Des crottes de chien sous le fil à linge. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est parfaite ! Il manque quelques meubles qui arriveront... Dans la salle de vie il n'y a pas de table à manger pour le moment donc nous avons adapté avec la table de jardin. Le coin cuisine : les 4 tabourets ont du être malencontreusement mal montés. Donc le verrin ne fonctionne pas.. manger le menton sur le plan de travail ce n'est pas pratique. Il n'y a pas de torchons; difficile pour essuyer la vaisselle. La télécommande de la lumière d'ambiance ne fonctionnait pas. Le frigo est bancale et du givre au niveau du congélateur. Les assiettes ne semblaient avoir jamais été laver j'ai retirer moi-même les étiquettes neuves dessous. La salle de bain est très agréable mais se transforme vite en patinoire car nous n'avions pas de tapis de sol. Pour ventiler la fenêtre est trop haute donc impossible. Nous étions 4 à louer, nous avons eu seulement 3 serviettes à disposition et 1 serviette au sol devant le jaccuzi. Le sol de la douche était recouvert de petit granulés comme du sable... le ménage semblait avoir été fait. Nombreuses toiles d'araignées. État ménage vraiment moyen alors que cela est facturé ! Le jaccuzi est sous l'escalier. sans précautions aussi près du placo on court à la catastrophe. Les WC sont en travaux. Il n'y a pas de clé à la porte et la chasse d'eau ne s'arrête pas. Ça fuit. Bref on est très déçu pour le prix payé et les prestations. Adepte Airbnb là c'est la douche froide.
