房間乾淨舒適。
1.連續住兩天的早餐因為當天住客率的多寡會有豐富度上的落差，感到微失望。
2.第二天早上10點我去健身房運動吃早餐，想說結束後回房間洗個澡再出門，再按打掃燈，但吃完早餐上樓時，就看到房務人員直接進到房間打掃了，同行友人的貼身衣物跟皮包都還沒收，就給我進房門，我便質問房務員，為何我沒按打掃鍵，你居然直接進來掃，先說我住1023，她居然說10點就可以敲門進來 掃，我就想，你們規定干我什麼事，難不成還要我照著你們規定走？我有我自己的安排，不會禮貌問一下確認一下嗎？當天我親自直接向櫃檯反應這個令人氣憤的狀況，但也是得到無感的道歉回應，也並未有任何表示，爛透了，心情極遭，這間飯店真的大扣分，怎樣？客人的反應不重要了是嗎？請好好改進，居然連上報主管都不會嗎？唉~失望透頂！
