About this house rental
Set in 3 acres of grounds, this stunning property is in a peaceful location yet just a few minutes' walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat.
French doors from the spacious open-plan living area lead to a private garden with dining pavilion & bbq overlooking the beautiful (unheated)10x5m in-ground pool (open May-Sep).
Upstairs both bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms.
The pretty gardens are home to numerous fruit and nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens & cats.
The space
L’écurie is a self-contained property set over two floors. There are many original features including some low beams on the first floor. The ground floor is all open-plan.
Guest access
Guests have their own private entrance and garden. Communal areas include the car park, pool and games field. There is one other one bedroom gite which may be occupied at time of visit.
Other things to note
There is a strict no pets policy as there are resident animals along with grazing fields adjacent to the property. You are politely requested to keep the main gates to the car park closed and locked at all times.
