Most Economical Room in Center Washington DC

The location. Neighborhood was lovely, felt safe and was indeed pretty central to downtown sites. Manager and staff were very accommodating to my needs.

I suppose it lacked some nice natural window light. It was there, bit a bit awkward.

The street was beautiful. I had no trouble walking into town and back. The staff were helpful and friendly, easy to contact. The room was clean, the sheets and towels clean, as was the bathroom.

Can't say there was much I didn't like. The house could do with a bit of renovation. The walls could use a good cleaning and painting, but as I said above, the room and the linens were very clean, so I didn't find the age of the house a problem.

I didn't know what to expect but I felt it was a cozy room, and had what i needed. I was going to be there only during the nights. It IS the basement so one cannot expect a view from the window but the blinds could use changing. Also, with a small microwave and a small stool/stand by the bed for your charging phone would make the room complete. The shower curtain should be waterproof because water comes through the fabric right on the floor outside the tub. I like the 2 chairs outside, somewhere to sit waiting for your Uber. Excellent notes left on the door for wi-fi etc. I had a little trouble with figuring out the room door touch pad but I would definitely go back and stay at B2 again.

I didn't hate anything. Some things could be added like the little nightstand

Location was good. Close to the train station. Bed was comfortable. Secure. There was a lock to the front door and our room. Quiet area. There was a Giants supermarket a few blocks away that sells everything you may need .

Very small room. Very old building with plaster patches. Furniture was old and scratched. Coffee maker was in the hallway but didn’t work. Also the microwave and there was no kettle to boil water to make a cup of tea. No drinking cups or glasses.
