15-20 minute walk to National Mall. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with 7-Eleven, liquor store, and a busy beer garden within two blocks. Nice AC, TV streaming with Hulu. Real close to Metro and bus lines running on nearby 7th St. AC works so well you might want to partially cover the floor vent register. Shared bathroom was fine. Response was quick for TV help.
The broken down stand alone closet needed a a simple rod with a few hangers--no place to hang up clothes. Although a little outdated, room desk served its purpose fine. Plenty of electrical outlets,. Nice working fridge.

The location. Neighborhood was lovely, felt safe and was indeed pretty central to downtown sites.
Manager and staff were very accommodating to my needs.
I suppose it lacked some nice natural window light. It was there, bit a bit awkward.

The street was beautiful. I had no trouble walking into town and back. The staff were helpful and friendly, easy to contact. The room was clean, the sheets and towels clean, as was the bathroom.
Can't say there was much I didn't like. The house could do with a bit of renovation. The walls could use a good cleaning and painting, but as I said above, the room and the linens were very clean, so I didn't find the age of the house a problem.

Location was good. Close to the train station. Bed was comfortable. Secure. There was a lock to the front door and our room. Quiet area. There was a Giants supermarket a few blocks away that sells everything you may need .
Very small room. Very old building with plaster patches. Furniture was old and scratched. Coffee maker was in the hallway but didn’t work. Also the microwave and there was no kettle to boil water to make a cup of tea. No drinking cups or glasses.
