Overall, I had a great experience. The staff are friendly and efficient and the reception is open 24 hours. The room I had was on the small side but at least it was clean and has its own ensuite bathroom. There is no place to put soap/shampoo though in the shower. Expect noise from neighboring rooms on the weekend as it could be people who partied until late and came back to their rooms noisily.

Just two nights here, location was great for me. Cleanliness was up to standard, staff were friendly.
Bed comfortable, good shower.
Good coffee facilities for the morning.
Overall I had a good stay. Would definitely r recommend.

we were to stay at the Windsor Inn for one night, Jan 23rd. we got an email from them Jan 4th concerning their requirements of a guest. when we arrived at 3PM on the 23rd the front door was locked; lights inside were off, no one to be found. a notice on the front door glass said they had a water pipe break and the hotel is closed. no date on the notice, no date when it will re-open. no email from them letting us know what happened. we ended up spending the night at the alternative listed on their notice, a hotel affiliated with them, no extra charge. problem was, the alternative is located in an area with no parking. ruined our trip. we came from 70 mi away and had to be sure the car wasn't towed. it wasn't, thankfully. I had called the Windsor three times the day before to confirm our reservation; no answer, no phone message, no hint that they were closed. when I got home I checked online, none of the booking websites said the hotel was closed, only it was "sold out" or "no rooms available". first date for online booking a room is not until Feb 16th so the hotel will be closed for over a month. the Windsor lied to us and is continuing to lie to the public.
