Location, balcony (loved!), equippement. Neighbourhood is awesome. Despite busy street and noisy beach, it was quiet inside. All necessary things provided. Ok for 2+1 family
I received the check-in instructions quite late, which caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I arrived at the property before the stated check-in time, but it was already after 3 p.m., which is the time from which the property advertises that check-in is available, and I still had no way of accessing the apartment. I believe such information should be provided well in advance, especially since not every international guest has access to the internet while travelling. Also towels could be bigger, we got tiny ones

mostly near by GS25, 7Elevent, dll. Easy to get morning coffee and breakfast since at the downstairs is coffeeshop, Holly. And we can cook. This apartment provide everything that we need.
it's hard to find trash bin (big trash bin). We have to go B1 to pool our trash.

It's directly infront of the beach. Good location for food n shopping.
I just find the balcony a bit small n it's overlooking the next apartment opp.. so no privacy
