La localisation, la modernité et le bon agencement et l'equipement de l appartement. Le calme de l' appartement.
Une pointe de ménage plus poussé en particulier: réfrigérateur, bord de fenêtre,cafetiere ... et douche Il n y avait pas de détecteur de fumée !!
