Incredible location, across the road from the beach. Quiet, newly refurbished bedrooms and bathroom. Best Breton cakes( kouign amann, gateau Breton) for sale 100m down the road

Hard to find- the address on booking.com is wrong The toilet and kitchen could have been a little cleaner... No tea towel No welcome pack ( water, tea or coffee?)

Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt zwar nah am Meer, doch insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Ein starker Geruch nach Anti-Schimmel-Mittel war deutlich wahrzunehmen, schwarze und graue Stellen an der Decke deuten auf Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel hin. Die Barhocker im Wohnbereich sind stark abgenutzt, der Bezug blättert vollständig ab. Die Sauberkeit ist insgesamt mangelhaft, der Abfluss im Bad war verstopft. Was in der Beschreibung ebenfalls nicht erwähnt wird: Direkt hinter der Gartenhecke befindet sich die Terrasse einer Pizzeria – mit Tischen unmittelbar am Grundstück. Das beeinträchtigt die Privatsphäre erheblich. Insgesamt kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – wir würden die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Appartement spacieux et confortable à 2 pas de la plage

Emplacement parfait à 2 pas de la plage. Appartement rénové récemment, spacieux avec de très nombreux rangements. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Chauffage, eau chaude, luminaire, tv et wifi fonctionnent parfaitement. La literie est confortable, appartement au calme, jardin sympathique et table induction en cuisine. Arrivée possible en autonomie avec place de parking. Seul bémol sur le confort du canapé ( un ou deux fauteuils seraient appréciables) et le petit matériel de cuisine ( poêles à changer, manque de saladiers et de grande cocotte) . Globalement un appartement très agréable ou nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Appartement idéalement situé près de la plage. Grand ,agréable et calme, très cosy, on se croirait à la maison. Hôte très agréable. Nous reviendrons c'est sur avec plaisir .
