La proximité de la grande plage du Fort Bloqué
Le logement mériterait un grand nettoyage et entretien : lnterieur des placards est sale. Cote aménagement : studio cabine adapté pour 2 personnes. Le couchage du bas n est pas confortable ( 2 lits coulissants) Terrasse: un vieux gazon synthétique pas entretenu et la moitié de la terrasse est obturée par le toit. Une baie vitrée ne coulisse plus. Lieu Bruyant en pleine saison la nuit du fait de la nouvelle place aménagée avec bancs qui favorise les regroupements bruyants tard dans la nuit. certes nous étions en Août mais le prix est excessif par rapport à la superficie( sommes très habitués des locations dans ce périmètre)
