Really "Joli T3" -- yes, really nice !

This location is pretty big in space, very light and clean, has great equipment for all your needs, and wide terrace-balcony to enjoy your food or drinks on fresh air ! The residence itself is very nice and very quiet. Dedicated parking place for your car and free wifi are another not negligible bonuses ;-)) Then in 5-10min walking you have very nice beach side (very beautiful by itself, but also protected from any winds, so a true joy for swimming and beach activities). And also near by of several cafes/ bars/ restaurants and also supermarket to cover all your needs in food ;-)) This is all what you have "on place" within 10min walking.. But if you're going more far, you'll discover tons of other magic places -- because it's Brittany, the land of history and great nature ! ;-)) There is NO bad time, guaranteed !

Nothing bad to say, and minor issues are minor, so even no need to mention ;-)) "Nobody is perfect", and if you're looking for "perfection", you should probably look for another planet ;-))

Idéalement situé, proche des commerces et restaurants. Plage très agréable et proche.

Hall d entrée ayant besoin d un rafraîchissement. Appartement fonctionnel mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Barre du volet cassée ds la chambre principale. Instrument de cuisine pas propre .

Un séjour loin de la canicule, parfait pour se ressourcer

L'emplacement près de tout, le calme des lieux. Les équipements, tout est prévu, même un parasol pour le balcon ! La facilité d'accès et la communication avec la gérante.

La propreté, à revoir par endroit.

L'appartement sera plus que parfait après un bon gros nettoyage

L'appartement est conforme aux photos Il est au dernier étage d'un petit bâtiment très calme Proche des commerce et de la plage dans un petit bourg agréable L'appartement est grand, le balcon bien ensoleillé Il y a beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine Chauffage et eau chaude au top Discussion facile avec la concièrgerie

Les parties communes de l'immeuble ne sont pas propres et l'appartement non plus. Poussière sur les plinthes, le mur noir des WC Cheveux et poils dans la baignoire et sur la bonde Grille pain rempli de miettes calcinées (contenu du grille pain en photo). Il restait de la vaisselle dans le lave vaisselle dont les boutons n'étaient pas très propres. Idem pour le lave linge. Nous avons passé un coup de lingette désinfectante Dommage d'avoir été facturés pour le ménage et de devoir nettoyer en arrivant. Seule la plaque halogène devant à droite fonctionne. Les autres ne chauffent pas. Mais le four fonctionne très bien.

Die Lage ist gut (Stand, Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar)

Die Wohnung ist abgenutzt, insbesondere das Bad und die Küche Bei unserer Ankunft waren Bad und Küche nicht sauber: Bartstoppeln rund ums Waschbecken, dreckiger Herd und Arbeitsplatte und auch Geschirr und Besteck waren schmierig (auf meine Beschwerde wurde eine Reinigung am nächsten Tag angeboten, keine Entschuldigung!) Lieblos eingerichtet und ausgestattet Zahllose unpersönliche Werbenachrichten der Agentur (sehr nervig) Hier wird noch Geld verdient bis es auseinander fällt :-(
