L’appartement est spacieux, calme. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires autant dans la cuisine avec le lave vaisselle, lave linge dans la salle de bain. Climatisation dans le séjour et une chambre, dans la seconde chambre ventilateur au plafond . Je propriétaire vit au dessus et est très disponible, répond de suite aux demandes . ( il nous a même offert des tomates de son jardin) Petit balcon pour déjeuner et balcon pour étendre le linge à la salle de bain. Place de parking devant la maison Plage à 300 m Commerces à 500 m . Split a une dizaine de km.

Excellent apartments near the sea, beaches, and Split! A cozy family home with ground-floor apartments. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Excellent bathroom, large terrace. Two children slept in one bedroom, two adults in the other. The living room has an extra sofa. The house is surrounded by lots of greenery—beautiful and cozy! The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away; by car, it's easy and quick to reach the reconstructed Znjan beach near Split. Hospitable hosts! Thank you so much for the warm welcome, Ivanko! The house is within close walking distance from the beach(5 minutes) and if you desire you can visit Stobreč promenade on foot, which is also within 10-15 minutes of walking. Ivanko was a great host, describing the property and facilities well and he also gave us an orientation about the area. The apartment was great, everything was functional and it was well equipped- you feel just like home.

The road can get a bit tight in the area, but we managed to get around ok.
