Apartment Taras

Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. La casa era fornita di tutto e ci hanno fatto trovare anche diverse cose da mangiare e da cucinare. La posizione è ottima per andare al mare, 5 minuti a piedi.La spiaggia più vicina è piccola ma con spogliatoi e docce. Per andare a Spalato serve comunque un mezzo proprio.

L'aria condizionata è solo nella parte della cucina e del soggiorno e non arriva bene in tutte le stanze anche se la camera più lontana è dotata di ventilatore.

Vertskapet var helt fantastisk. De kom opp med en flaske vin og nyplukkede tomater og grønnsaker fra hagen. Vi fikk sjekket om mange timer tidligere enn vi skulle, uten ekstra kostnad. Før vi dro sa de til og med at vi kunne bli lenge vi trengte den dagen, også uten ekstra kost. Kjempe service! Leiligheten var veldig fin, bra beliggenhet og kort vei til stranda.

The host was SO nice and welcoming. She often brought us cake and spirits and also offered a night longer for no additional costs. Special thanks here! The apartment was very clean, modern and all amenities you need are available.

Sadly, there was a lot that we didn’t like about the apartment. First of all the location is horrible. Right next door is a shooting range, therefore especially early in the morning it is extremely loud. On top there is also a school directly nearby which is contributing to the noise. Even in the night it was hard to sleep because the apartment is located at the Main Street, so you can hear all cars, dogs and even motor races very loudly. Sadly there’s almost no sea view as you can see on the pictures. The sea is not close, walking distance is about 10min. In addition the WC stinks a lot, because of the badly constructed drain pipes and it’s a pity that there’s no shower in the apartment, especially because it’s rated 4 stars. Also, the TV was not working from time to time, so that was very annoying for us. All in all we very liked the hospitality, but we wouldn’t stay there again since the value for money isn’t as we expected after we read all the good reviews and thought it is a 4 star apartment. We even thought about changing the location but it was too much effort. Also it’s difficult to discuss this with the hosts because of language barriers.
