What better way to spend your vacation than steps away from the beach or golf course. This cottage is also a short distance to a variety of restaurants or shops. Seabreeze cottage is located off of Beach Ave., and approximately 200 yards to Mother's Beach, KBIA and Webhannet golf course. This cute cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, flat screen TVs, sono sound system and washer and dryer.
This three bedroom house sleeps 6: one bedrooms has a king bed, second has a queen size bed and the third a double bed. The cottage also has washer and dryer, flat screen TV'S, high speed wireless internet throughout.
Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well as beach chairs and a wagon to bring your things to the beach.

Clean, comfortable cottage in a perfect location!
We appreciated the A/C during the extremely warm weather. Easy walk to the beach was welcome. We plan to return.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my three girls. Fantastic location steps to the beach. Lots of good items to use - beach wagon, chairs, picnic table. Added an extra night at the last minute and Tom was extremely accommodating and reachable. Only things I would have loved would have been beach towels to use :)Great family rental .
