The host left a bottle of wine in the fridge and lots of towels and other amenities for us to use, such as boogey boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling equipment. You get passes to Poipu Athletic Club as well, which is a few minutes away. The club is really nice and has tons of sports for adults and kids to play, a pool with a waterslide, and a full bar and restaurant. The condo is a close walk to Brennecke and Poipu Beaches. The condo was quite, clean, and had air-conditioning, which not every place offers. My only complaints are that the first two nights there were mosquitoes I had to deal with and that the T.V.'s are not large, although they did have a good cable package. I add this about the T.V.'s because the restaurants and bars close by 9:00pm in Poipu and there are no movie theatres or much to do at night other than hang out in the condo.

The unit was nice and had everything we could need BUT lacking air conditioning was a major issue. It was SO hot upstairs and the non opening windows were bad. There are 2 lanais but no screen so you couldn’t leave them open to get air to flow. Poor design because none of the windows could open except a few low ones. We had 3 fans going and still not comfortable. Besides that it was nice. The location was great with an easy walk to pool or beach.

The property is amazing. Liked the location, able to walk to 2 beaches, and do a beach walk without driving any where. Liked the two pools on the property.

Great place and location!! Right across the street from Poipu Beach where the turtles come to rest and get warmed up in the evening. Quiet community so very relaxing!
