Located on the beautiful island of Kauai, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit offers the highest level of luxury in the Poipu Kai Resort area. These amazing accommodations feature 2 King primary suites and an additional twin bedroom that lend themselves to boastful amounts of living space. Each bedroom has its own theme. The primary is a Tropical Paradise. The Guest primary is the Pineapple Room. The Twin bedroom is a Beachgoer's delight. Each bedroom conveniently has its own full bath.
The open entertaining area has many comfortable spots to relax inside or out to enjoy your morning coffee and evening tropical drinks. Featuring a large lanai with sliding doors that open the entire area to the outside and rollup blinds to protect you from the weather and add additional privacy. The masterfully designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for home-cooked, island-style meals. There is a large dining table that will seat 6-8 and bonus seating at the bar for 4 guests.
This unit also features an elevator for your convenience.
Enjoy views of the pool from the large lanai. You can cool off and be mesmerized by the sounds of the nearby man-made waterfalls only steps from this unit. If the pool isn't refreshing enough, this unit has central A/C throughout! You will also have access to a full gym and fitness center as well as an office and conference room just in case you need to mix business with pleasure.
Take a stroll on the nearby greenbelt which will lead you to one of Kauai’s most popular beaches, Poipu Beach Park and Brennekes. Here you will come across Brenneke's Restaurant, a deli, and a surf shop with beach equipment rentals. Very clean, well maintained villa. Lovely grounds and pool area. Just a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the town and shops. There are beach toys and items as well.

I loved this place! It was beautiful, clean and convenient!! There was a problem with the oven - we were alerted before our arrival. A repairman came but it wasn’t until our last full day so we weren’t able to use the oven. They did provide a toaster oven which was helpful. Easy walk to the beach and convenient to everything in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We had decent stay at this condo. It is a very clean unit with a well stocked kitchen. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. The covered lanai was nice as we could open up the doors and enjoy the fresh air, even when it rained. Having a wagon and beach chairs was a really nice convenience! Communication with the manager was great! A nice basket of treats was there upon our arrival.
Unfortunately, all the positives were negated due to noise issues the entire time we were there. This condo is on the second floor and for the 2 1/2 weeks we stayed, the guests above us were very noisy. Their children ran around, screaming and sounding like elephants over our heads. It was very annoying. Also, noise carries and echoes from the neighboring lanais. Any time someone was outside, we could hear entire conversations and partying. We called the patrol twice. It was because of the noise that we checked out 5 days early. I know that the managers of this unit cannot control noise so, I don't hold them responsible. But, I think people should be aware of the issue. Also, because of our early check out and our consistent communication about our concerns, I think we should have been offered a refund for the days we did not stay.
I have visited Kauai 8 times and have stayed at a different property each time. None were as noisy as this place. As much as I liked the condo unit itself, and all the special details, I would not recommend staying here.
