Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I brought my wife and 5 boys (ages 2-9) and we had a great time. The property had everything we needed (except for specific items, like food items, which was all clearly communicated ahead of time). The location is a very, very short trip to the beach, and we also had a great time in the pool. My only complaint would be some minor wear & tear, but it wasn't any kind of problem for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the resort was perfect as it was close to the beach where my family went fishing and swimming. The condo uses a key pad for entering the home which gave a sense of security and all sheets/towels were clean. Unfortunately we did not have pool towels or enough trash bags for our stay. The kitchen can most definitely use an up keep. Out of the 3 pans available, 2 were extremely old and used to the point that the food would stick/burn on the bottom and became hard to clean off. After that we did not bother to use much of the kitchen appliances and used plastic plates, forks and knives. Other than that the stay went well.
