About this apartment rental
Bright, air-conditioned apartment located on the 2nd floor of a private building. The terrace overlooks a private courtyard. It is ideally located on a pedestrian street in the historic center, 150 meters from the beach and close to shops.
The apartment consists of:
- Entryway (2 m²)
- Kitchen/living room (30 m²) with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, induction cooktop, table + chairs, large TV, sofa bed, coffee table.
- Bedroom 1 (15.5 m²) with a 140-size bed (new bedding), dresser, TV.
- Bedroom 2 (10.5 m²) with a 140-size bed (new bedding).
- Bathroom/toilet (4.5 m²)
- Terrace (6 m²) equipped with outdoor furniture for 6 people.
Linens are not provided. We can provide them upon request.
If you do not wish to clean the property upon your departure, a cleaning fee will be payable to the person who welcomes you.

Clean apartment in great location. Perfect for up to 4 people. Spacious bedrooms and Comfortable beds. Modern, clean kitchen and bathroom.
Shared Stairwell leading up to the apartment is a bit old and run down but the apartment itself is nice and modern with aircon. However NO WiFi, which was a surprise.
Also, I must have missed the small print, but bed linen and towels were not included. Fortunately, the host was able to provide at short notice for an additional cost.
Balcony with small table and area to hang washing but no view - faces other buildings in the block. No sea view.
All in all, it was perfect for our needs. Our host, Andre, was very responsive and brought us over a hairdryer, when requested.
Collioure is a gorgeous little town in the most picturesque setting with lots of restaurants, tapas bars and shops.
