Outdoors: The large and private yard, featured in Sunset Magazine, is the perfect place to relax in luxurious comfort with your friends and family. The heated saltwater pool and spa sit at the center of the patio, surrounded by custom resurfaced concrete that provides a non-slip surface and richness to space. The pool features a large tanning shelf with an umbrella for shade and water features including a cascading spillover from the spa. Positioned in the center of the kitchen is a dramatic, oversized kitchen island with granite countertops and enough room for everyone to gather around sharing appetizers. The kitchen island has seating for 4 and the kitchen table seats 4. The dining room has a table that seats 10 comfortably, and a built-in wine cellar with separate wine and beer fridges.

The great room is open to the kitchen features a family size sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, 3 large tvs (watch all the games) and a wet bar.

Bedrooms: The spacious master suite features hardwood floors, a King bed with a twin bed and futon (if you need to keep the kids close) in the closet. HDTV and a private door to the pool and spa. The master bathroom has dual sinks and vanities with granite countertops, an oversize tiled shower, a soaking tub with tile surround, and a walk-in closet.

Casita Suite 2 is located in the attached casita featuring a King bed, HDTV, reach-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a sink and tiled shower with bench.

Bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk beds - one set has two fulls, and the second set has two twins. There is also HDTV, ceiling fan, and private access to the courtyard patio.

Bedroom 5 is located in the main house and features a King bed. A full bathroom with a sink and tub/shower combo is located across the hall.

Yes, SPA heat is included free. Spa only runs when in use. Pool heat to 87 is available at no additional charge for stays of 2 nights or longer, booked at least 3 days in advance.
