LUCA'S LODGE (2BR/2BA Unit) provides excellent guest accommodations for four to seven people. This two bedroom two bath (King in MBR, Double/ Single in 2nd BR & Queen Sleeper Sofa in LR) is beautifully decorated and provides comfort and entertainment for your family. New Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, New Carpet, New Hot Water Heater, Spotless Bathrooms!! Flat Screens in both the bedrooms and Living Room, TV/DVD/CABLE & ROKU with Netflex movies & Video Library. Luca's Lodge at Silver Creek has it all! There are two exits from the unit to the balcony (living room and bedroom) where you have a beautiful view overlooking the outside pool & Jacuzzi. Our Kitchen has everything you could want i.e. Coffee Maker, large and small Blenders, Crock Pot a Cuisinart and even spices! both our units (1BR and the 2BR) have a washer & dryer for your convenience. High speed wireless Internet is available in both Condos! Free long distance calling. Lots of Movies.

Silver Creek at Snowshoe Mountain boasts: SKI-IN/SKI-OUT, The only Tubing and Night Skiing on the entire mountain is located at Silver Creek with wider ski trails just outside our Silver Creek doors. Inside you will find: At the door Check-in with Key Pad entry, no need to go to the Front Desk Check-In. Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pools and Jacuzzis, Sauna, (the only indoor pool on the entire mountain with the exception of the Community Pool used by all other condos), an Exercise Facility; Clothing Shops, Sports Bar, Mini Mart/Coffee Shop, Gift Shop, Video Arcade AND NEW THIS YEAR (GREAT FOR KIDS) THE BIG TOP KIDS CTR HAS MOVED TO SILVER CREEK. It is a smaller version but it will be great for all our Silver Creek guests who have children, just another reason for families to stay at Silver Creek. We have on-site Ski rentals & Lift Ticket Sales. Snowshoe provides free Shuttle Service to and from the Village and all Snowshoe slopes, every 15-20 minutes (call for pick-up in off-season). We have 60 trails. The largest resort this side of New York! Snowshoe not only has the most trails of any Resort this side of New York we also have Tubing, Snowmobiling, Snowcat Tours, The Big Top Entertainment Center, Snowshoeing and Cross Country Skiing.

The summer months on the mountain are a great get-away from the bustle and the heat, as the temperatures rarely reach the 80's. Prepare to be 'blown away' by the sheer majesty and beauty of the West Virginia Mountains. See the stars as you've never seen them before while you relax in the Jacuzzi at the end of another great day at Snowshoe.
Off-Season activities at Snowshoe include: RAVEN--a Gary Player signature 18 hole golf course, rated one of the top mountain courses in the country.
Fishing, a sporting clay range, bike trails, hiking and lake activities are available. Our Adventure Center for the kids and young adults; Euro-bungee, Lake activities, fishing, paddle boats, scenic lift rides, shopping and Restaurants are all part of the village atmosphere at.
Fees: the only fee we charge is the HOA's daily parking/amenity fee which pays for the internet (unit wifi & building cell phone - AT&T), pool and parking lot access. We do not charge a unit cleaning fee.

Beds were extremely comfortable but oh my gosh the pillows under the pillow cases are disgusting and stained. Other than that the place was pretty comfy. The door banged throughout the night due to winds being sucked through the hallways and air conditioner hose causing gaps in windows.

The kitchen is good to use, but most pots are old with rusty. Generally it is convenient and good. The windows and doors are not tight enough so cold wind will come into the unit. The inconvenient thing is we couldn't find the trash bin with the direction when we collected all trash bags down to ground, then we drive the car and dump trash bag to a farther place to find the trash bin from the gate.

We arrived at about 330pm. Found the room dirty. Found a man who was able to call the cleaners. We waited without an answer so finally We left around 4p to get something to eat. All our luggage had been brought up on a cart. Instead of repacking it all in the car, then unpack it again we took a chance on leaving it in unit.
I was pretty grossed out that Comforters are not changed between guests. I saw that It was turned back from where the previous guest had slept as cleaners hadn’t cleaned , and then I had to use it w/o it being washed. Scared to use blankets in closet not knowing if they had been cleaned. This places guests at risk for the spread of disease. Even though I turned it back I woke up to find it laying across my mouth. NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME. Haven’t we learned from the COVID pandemic? ITS LIKE USING THEIR TOWEL TO DRY OFF AFTER SHOWERING. NASTY!!
The unit was ok. Just Needs updating and a thorough cleaning. Can opener was dangerous trying to use it. Nearly cut myself trying to pry off top as it didn’t open can evenly. Coffee pot is an antique. Coffee provided was a nice touch.
Microwave had crumbs in it. No ice maker. No ice in trays. TV remote barely works. Had to keep pressing for on/off and changing channels.
Silver creek slopes were closed so we always had to drive to snowshoe to ski. Nothing open at silver creek. Just our luck-not a VRBO issue, but did put a little cloud over what our expectations were.
