Lake Norman Retreat w/ Dock ~ 1 Mi to Marina!

John & Debby’s Lakehouse is picture perfect! I cannot say enough good things about their home. It has everything we needed and then some! It’s bright, cheery and beautifully decorated. In addition, it was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials. The views from the deck are magical. Even during the brief rainfalls, we were out on the deck enjoying the views. We trailered our boat and stayed for 2 weeks. We launched at the Pinnacle Access area and since this was our first time visiting and new to Lake Norman, the owners went above and beyond by meeting us at the launch and then escorted us from the launch to their property. We were so grateful for the assist. We tied up right to their dock and went boating practically every day. There are several grocery stores minutes away and at least a dozen excellent restaurants to choose from. Our favorites: The Blue Parrott, Eddies on Lake Norman, Table 31 & Epic Chophouse. We enjoyed the trails at Lake Norman State Park and music Bingo on Thursday night at Hoptown Brewery. So many things to do. Be sure to review the “Where to go” in the “Welcome Note”. Lisa was instrumental through the booking process and communicated every step of the way. Thank you John, Debby & Lisa. We enjoyed every minute and will be back next year!

The location was amazing! Beautiful view, close to the grocery store and great restaurants. The property was very clean and the kids loved swimming in the lake every day!!
