This is in a great suburb of Belfast and located with easy access to main roads.

Brilliant location, easy access to main roads and motorway. Only 3kms from popular eating spots near Queens Uni. Spacious bedroom, very comfortable bed. Karen was a lovely host. We were there for a week, and we keep finding lovely surprises that Karen left for us. We have stayed in this area previously which is why we chose this place. We had off street parking which is a big tick for Belfast.

Only comment would be unusual layout, but it didn't impact on our stay.

The perfect place for your stay in Belfast.

Absolutely perfect. So clean, perfect location, a few minutes walk to the train and in the city centre within less than 10 minutes. The local street is great for shopping.The host was wonderful and provided so much. Leave the car parked in the driveway and relax and enjoy.

Karen is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It was comfortable and cosy, a real home from home. I was staying there whilst my husband was in hospital, Karen was a big support to me. The accommodation is so nice and has a beautiful garden to sit outside and enjoy. A comfortable bed and everything to make your stay a pleasant one. A lovely area with lots of lovely shops and restaurants a plenty of some good parks nearby. Very good rail and bus connections. Highly recommended.

Karen was very welcoming, she provided fresh bread, milk, butter and a selection of chocolate biscuits! The location was great, 4 minutes away from Balmoral station and an easy stroll to restaurants & shops.

Perfect.

Lovely garden snug. Everything you need and more. Karen was so accommodating we arrived early and we left our bags to explore the city. Karen is a lovely host very welcoming and gave us so much info. Bus just 5 min walk from property to city center. Lovely location would highly recommend.

Public transport connectivity is really good and Karen was so helpful.

Money is not worth it as it is not a separate apartment but rather an extension to where the owner stays. Congested near the bed to walk around.

Really friendly owner who was really helpful. Lovely clean snug with amazing garden. Comfy bed and great facilities inside with bread and milk bought for us ready in the fridge. Nice quiet place with easy access to Belfast and the train station. 10/10

Karen was so friendly and accommodating. She let us check in early and check out late. She even bought us bread and milk. It's s such a cute little place the bedroom opens up to the garden which is lovely. The washer and dryer were super useful. Fridge and cookware was everything we needed. It's also one bus from Downtown which is very convenient and if you walk down the street it's all nice shops and cafes. Highly highly recommend .There was a snail in the garden and I thought it would be cool if the name of the hotel was the Garden Slug 🐌

A lovely stay overall! We would stay again if visiting Belfast again :)

Karen was very warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, contact before arriving was also very easy. The location was great (with free parking in the driveway) - we took buses and taxis into town, both were easy and quick. Unfortunately we had a busy weekend of work, so we didn't get to visit the nearby restaurants and shops - but passed many on the bus, very close to the house; they looked lovely and we wished we had more time to look around. Karen also left food and treats for us in the fridge, which we really enjoyed after our long days out and about :)

We liked everything about the snug! It was a little cold when we arrived (mainly because there was very cold weather in Belfast last weekend, and we had also arrived ahead of normal check in time, which we appreciated greatly) - Karen had provided a plug in heater which heated up the room very quickly.

Karen was so kind and helpful. We stayed for 3 days during our honeymoon and she stocked our fridge with Prosecco, fresh fruit, butter, milk, and pastries. The cottage is small but cozy and the view from the bedroom to the garden is lovely. We loved our time here and Karen sent us tons of things to do in the area and even things to do in Dublin which was our next stop. Thank you Karen for everything we had a fantastic stay here in Belfast! - Brenna and Gabriel

Superb

The room was cosy and well decorated with a large comfy bed and everything you might possibly need. The little kitchenette was stocked with all essentials and Karen was kind enough to provide us scones butter and bread. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom was clean and the little garden view was a bonus. Karen was very helpful to share advice on restaurants and tourist activities. She is a very attentive and gracious host. We hope to be able to visit again.
