Casa Valentina a 100 m dal mare

Strategica la posizione perché a 100 metri dalla famosa caletta di Sant'Elia (meta della nostra vacanza). Il cortiletto è curato (anche da parte di tutti gli abitanti e proprietari) e si percepisce la voglia di accoglienza da parte di tutti. Molto piacevole lo scambio con Valentina che è stata disponibilissima a soddisfare anche le nostre richieste relative alla permanenza(indicandoci le strutture più vicine e le spiagge da visitare)

The appartment has a lot of space and is a fresh place to stay in. I loved the kitchen and the big windows. The neighborhood and the location were the best, and Valentina was super nice to us! She showed us around town and the beaches when we first came there. A very nice area to stay in general!

There isn’t much service or internet connection so wi-fi would be fine. For the rest it was good!

The location of this property was great, a short walk to two lovely beaches. There is a supermarket a fifteen minute walk away and a nice selection of places to eat. The room itself is quiet and the terrace is a good size. There is good air conditioning and the shower is decent. At the entrance of the building there is beach equipment such as umbrellas etc that we were able to use whenever we wished to, this made going to the beach a lot more practical.

On arrival we were advied to call a chap to take us to the room from the station. Be aware this trip is 40 euros return for approximately a ten minute car journey...a bit of a rip off. There is no wifi in the room and minimal service, we ended up paying our network providers for more data. We were told upon arrival that we had to pay electricity on top of our fee (this is not clear anywhere on Booking). Of course we didn't as no reasonable rental room requires this. On arrival we found a few half drunk bottles of booze (Rum and Aperol), an empty bottle of olive oil and salt and a few bits of unused food from previous guests. We could understand if these weren't perishables but they basically amounted to rubbish. They should have been cleared. Some plates in the cupboards were not properly cleaned. We had to let Valentina's plumber in one afternoon which shouldn't be a requirement of her guests.
