About this house rental

A short distance from birdwatching, wildlife walks, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Jade Bay is within an easy 14-minute walk and Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park is also a quick 15-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 646-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. And you can even pack a bit lighter because there's a washer and dryer. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, bed sheets, heating, and limited housekeeping.

The house is really clean and all supplies you need are already in the house. The view from the living room is so beautiful! The boulevard in front of the park is nice but we went to the Eckwarderhörne and the view from there was really beautiful! (Especially around sunset). We would go again to the Villavind, contact with the host was also great!!

Ein Haus zum verlieben
Das Haus ist wirklich toll ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Frisch bezogene Betten, sehr sauber, und an viele kleine Details wurde gedacht: Grillkohle, Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze, Spiele, Bücher, Infomappe mit Ausflugstips, sogar ein Fön lag bereit. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch. So sind z.b. die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern sehr hilfreich. Wir fühlten uns jedenfalls gleich nach Betreten des Hauses pudelwohl. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die ausführliche Wegbeschreibung führte uns direkt ins Feriendomizil. Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienhauspark, welches noch bebaut wird. Die Straße ist noch nicht befestigt und einige Häuser entstehen noch. Aber keine Panik, der Bau-"Lärm" ist als solcher nicht wahrzunehmen. Und wenn es jemanden stören sollte, dem wird die Lage des Hauses rasch besänftigen. Das Haus liegt nämlich in erster Lage, sodass man von der Terrasse freie Sicht über weite Kuhwiesen genießen kann. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es aufgrund der Umgebung. Man kann alles prima erreichen, aber zu Fuß morgens mal Brötchen holen ist hier leider nicht möglich. Ohne Auto ist man schon etwas verloren. Edeka, Netto, Aldi etc. alles da, aber da fährt man schon mal 15-20 Minuten. Aber wie erwähnt, alles ist super in der Infomappe beschrieben. Alles in Allem: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns ein bisschen in das Häuschen verliebt. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir wünschen allen folgenden Gästen einen ebenso angenehmen Aufenthalt. Den Vermietern sagen wir ein großes Kompliment und ein herzliches Dankeschön!
