Overall, it was pretty nice, but cleanliness could be better.

I really appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff were, which made the stay feel comfortable. Having a washing machine was a big plus, and I also enjoyed the spacious room with its large terrace. Overall, it was nice, though not particularly special or memorable.

I didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t properly clean. The shower couldn’t be completely closed, which caused water to spill and make a mess around the bathroom. It was also inconvenient that toilet paper wasn’t allowed to be flushed. The couch wasn’t entirely clean either, and the plates, forks, and spoons could have been washed better.

Tout était parfait

Le studio , la déco, la proximité des commerces, la réactivité du personnel qui m'ont gentiment proposé de me deposer en voiture à mon adresse.

Un peu l'emplacement, il est proche du centre ( 10 min par bus ) mais malheureusement , les bus qui desservent l'appartement n'étaient pas ponctuels . C'est parfait pour ceux qui sont véhiculés

La stanza è sicuramente molto bella e suggestiva, purtroppo la zona non è centrale e non ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto. ci hanno fatto aspettare 1h e mezza circa fuori la struttura, oltre l’orario concordato di check in Offrono un servizio di noleggio motorini, auto, bici… ma i prezzi sono molto più elevati rispetto a quelli della maggior parte dei rent dell’isola

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxury Studios Kallithea.

Very convenient location with all essential places near by. Cozy and clean room with A/C. Place had a nice balcony and spacious room. Hosts were helpful and reachable any moment through WhatsApp.

Although there was a parking next to the place, but there was space only for one car.

Great location, spacious apartment, easy and available car parking, big terrace, all basic equipment available, nearby good coffee shop and grocery stores, good city center availability by car (5min) and by walk (25min)

Excellent apartment near corfu town and the airport.

It had a full kitchen, good water pressure , the location is next to a bus stop, near supermarkets and a coffee shop.

It didn’t have a balcony although when we made the reservation there was a balcony in the photos.

Widerlich, nicht zu empfehlen!

Leider nichts

Schrecklich!! Fenster undicht, Lärm von der angrenzenden Hauptstraße (auf den Bildern nicht gezeigt) und dem gegenüber liegenden Flughafen dringen ungefiltert ins Zimmer - Tag und Nacht. Parkplätze an der Unterkunft nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer wurde vorm Einzug nicht gereinigt, Haare und Flecken auf dem Bettlaken, Toilette mit Hinterlassenschaften des Vorgängers, Badetuch voller Löcher. Badarmaturen stark korrodiert, diese müssten ausgetauscht werden. Matratzen durchgelegen, man versinkt im Bett inkl. Rückenschmerzen. Zimmer stinkt unerträglich nach Gulli und weiteren Gerüchen. Ich habe kein Auge zubekommen. Eine echte Zumutung, definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!

Good location for a short stay.

Proximity to the airport, lots of space and modern. Great coffee shops around. Very close to the city. Washing machine was a plus.

The mattress smelled like cigarette smoke. Maybe people that stayed there previously were smokers or something else, but the bed smelled like cigarettes very badly. Also, the air-conditioning didn't work properly, was loud but couldn't cool down the room, althoght we kept everything closed off. Having it above the bed really doesn't help. There's no sidewalk to get to the property. You have to walk on the main street next to the cars. .

nice apartment sor short stay

apartment was comfortable, with nice view, with shop and small breakfast restaurant nearby. great terrace. there was no breakfast included in facility. The George, guy who open the appartment, was very polite and helpful.

I didn't get my Invoice from the property, despite my request for a several times. there is no secured parking for car. furniture was new, but already damaged, needs maintenance. room and apartment was fairly clean, but there was lot of water stains and limescale. Kitchen could be better equipped, coffe machine will be appreciated.
