Trochę niewygodne łóżka. Brakuje mopa, po rozlaniu czegoś na podłogę nie ma czym tego posprzątać niestety.

L amabilité et le sérieux de l équipe

I really liked the size of the apartment, it was easy to find, it had beautiful views. AC worked really well. Generally the layout of the apartment was great. Would definitely recommend for couples with one or two children. There was a playground and a lot of different shops all within 5 mins walk. Easy to follow check in info. Nice touch with the YouTube. Video being sent after booking showing what the apartment looks like.

The communication from the hosts was very detailed if not a bit overwhelming. There were quite a few emails coming through. It would have been nice to have a shower gel and hair wash in the apartment. We only had soap. It would have been nice to have a mop and a vacuum cleaner in the apartment, especially when staying for longer with kids.

Large size, good amenities and gorgeous view.

No heaters provided in cold weather so you are forced to pay to use the heat in the AC; No Step stool provided despite age of child stated in booking, so they gave us an overused baby chair - better than nothing; despite a lovely kitchen with oven, no oven dishes provided and plates were small and very few - what's the point of a dishwasher? Lastly, pillows were really really hard so sleep was poor, though the mattresses and duvets were comfy. Lastly, no organic food waste bin provided and the agents managing the property ended up giving us a brand new bathroom pedestal bin as a back up, after the extended back and forth via whatsapp asking us to check all the cupboards even though we explicitly said there was no bin.
