Loved the local atmosphere & massive modern apartment.

Massive apartment with everything. Best shower with proper shower enclosure. Comfy bed. Kitchen, lounge, huge balcony. In the heart of the local people so all life going on. Very friendly around. Supermarkets (closed on Sundays), local fruit & veg stalls. Heaps of restaurants. We stayed 3 nights. Parking outside.

It’s pretty noisy in the mornings but that’s all the locals doing their thing which is fine.

Exceptional stay

It was the most comfortable stay in our three weeks long tour around Albania. The apartment is the entire second (or the third, depending on how you count) floor of the house, and the owner's parents occupy the floor under it. The place is spacious, light, impeccably clean, and feels like home. We thank the host and his family from the bottom of our hearts.

A comfortable, well-equipped apartment, perfect for short and loger stays

A very nice, modern and well-equipped apartment. There's even a shower cabin! We only stayed for one night but it would be a great location for longer stays. Beds are comfy, kitchen has all you need to prep your meals and there's a huge balcony with nice view. Very centrally located, just few steps from shops, cafes etc. Breakfast served by the owners is a nice addition. Keep in mind that the owners only accept payment in EURO so have some ready.

Would be good to have some sign for the house as it is not quite clear where it is - luckily we had a friendly neighbour pointed us to the right place.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, which is extremely important to us. The breakfast they brought was tasty; especially appreciated the tea.

Superb

The shower cabin! We've found that in Albania now many bathrooms have a shower cabin and I really prefer to a wet bathroom! (to not make everything wet, be warmer, avoid cleaning afterwards, etc.). That was one of the reasons to stay there! :-) The size of the apartment is big and we felt comfortable there. The kitchen had enough things! For reference, they asked what time we wanted breakfast and they brought breakfast at the exact time. The breakfast was (if I remember correctly): herbal tea, two eggs, honey (some day), bread, butter, cheese, mandarins (some day), milk, traditional marmalade from the area (I cannot remember the name now!). It was very quiet overnight. We could park in the afternoon/evening really near the apartment (perhaps in the mornings gets a bit busier).

I've written a few things but they are all minor and we would 100% sure stay in the same place if we go to Permet again! A 10 over 10 apartment. On the day of the arrival we couldn't find the apartment's door (and it was raining quite a lot). I think that the address in Booking has the wrong number. I've attached a photo of the entrance. WhatsApp messages were sent but not delivered and Booking messages were not answered. We didn't try calling because we had read that they don't speak English (but I think that we had the phone of the son who speaks English). When we tried to pay in Albanian Lek we had a weird moment: they really expected Euros (but we didn't have any) and without much English it was a strange conversation to find out if we could pay in Lek or not, how many Lek, which rate exchange we had used, etc. so my suggestion, if you need to pay in Lek, is to get in touch with them beforehand to confirm the amounts if it's in Lek! (we haven't had any problems in other places). The oven didn't work until we set the time (we had seen this in some other oven), and we were not sure how to do the fast laundry in the laundry machine. In the kitchen there was a coffee jar without coffee (but we had our one!).

The apartment is pretty big and comfortable with a nice big terrace. Owner parents were very nice and friendly although not speaking English.

Apartment is on the second floor without elevator, which can be troublesome with small kids and wagons.

Loved it

A clean, new, big apartment with owners who are really friendly and good out of there way to make your stay the best. The owners don't speak English but with Google translate and a neighbour who could speak English everything went fine. Including breakfast is also a plus! I would recommend everyone to stay here!

Doporučujeme, pokud pojedeme někdy znovu do Permetu, volila bych opět toto ubytování.

Bydlíte kousíček od centra, v podstatě mezi místními, na ulici jsou trhy a obchůdky, dá se pohodlně zaparkovat, ikdyž místní obhlížejí půjčené vozidlo jako klenot :D Krásná terasa.

Byli jsme na jednu noc, ale pro delší pobyt by se hodila rychlovarná konvice a alespoň jeden menší hrnec, ale to jsou úplné drobnosti :)
