Located in tranquil NE Cape Coral, we are within minutes of great attractions including many restaurants, shopping locales, tennis courts, Sunsplash Family Waterpark, Cape Coral Yacht Beach Club, golf courses, and of course, powder-soft beaches. Several burrowing owl habitat sites withing walking distance from the house. (Cape Coral is host to the largest number of Burrowing Owl nests in Florida)
Conveniently located within 30 minutes of both RSW (Fort Myers) Airport and Punta Gorda Airport. Whatever your dream vacation in Florida looks like, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located above garage door pointing to driveway.

The house was clean and beautiful! It had everything we needed and close to a lot of restaurants rather we wanted to eat out or doordash in.

The house was very clean and cozy. My children loved the pool! The location is close to Fort Myers and other attraction's. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for a week for our recent family vacation and were really happy with our choice. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved having a shaded area outside to sit by the pool. The area was great for taking walks, and my kids loved looking for the owls that are in the area. They provided items that we would not have been able to travel down with (ie. beach chairs) so we really appreciated little things like that. We were sad for our week to end!
