This house is close to Sanibel Island and only 17 miles to the farthest point of Captiva -This property is NOT impacted by current Red Tide in the area.
Super clean and comfortable home in safe residential area. All the comforts of home provided linens, towels and fully ready to use kitchen.
Guests have access to entire house.
Public Wifi Available but guest should plan on providing their own hot spot for secure internet connections.
This is close to area attractions including the Edison Ford Museums and Fort Myers Beaches.
No pool located on this property.
Washer and Dryer on property.
House instructions given upon secured deposit along with key code for alarm and lock box
A simple standard Home Away contract must be signed.

My father passed away during Hurricane Ian, we came down to finish up his affairs. House was located 5 minutes away. Very convenient! House was clean and very nice. Went shopping and cooked for ourselves. Host was fantastic!

The home is well maintained and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has nice appliances and is equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc.
The host is experienced and makes the process very easy. We had a great time!
