About this house rental
Welcome to San Junipero! A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, modern luxury home set on 4 acres, custom built in 2021 to maximize the amazing views. Our house has your enjoyment in mind & is only minutes from downtown Joshua Tree & Joshua Tree National Park. Experience open & curated spaces for cooking, dining, gathering & relaxing. With comfortable beds & an amazing outdoor area complete with a Modpool shipping container pool, separate hot tub, large gas fire pit, outdoor seating, BBQ & outdoor shower.
The space
Our space is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Joshua Tree and the National Park entrance.
Bedrooms: There are 3 spacious bedrooms to enjoy. There are two large bedrooms each with king beds and a queen bed in the third guest bedroom.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available, both stocked with amenities for your use.
Kitchen: A beautifully open space with everything you need to cook meals at home. A large 6 person table is just nearby in the dining area.
Living Area: A large couch and TV are perfect to gather and unwind.
Patio/Yard: The absolute highlight of our home. Swim in the Mod Pool while looking over the valley and mountains. Soak in the hot tub under the stars. Cozy up to the propane fire pit while relaxing on the large outdoor couch. You can also enjoy the gas BBQ, large outdoor dining table and the outdoor shower.
Please note: The house is in a residential area. Quiet hours at 10 pm - 9 am. We do have neighbors and sound travels far in the desert. We appreciate your help with keeping our neighbors happy.

Our home is located in a quiet, residential area. You will drive on a dirt road for the last very short stretch (about 1 minute). It's accessible.
There is plenty of room for parking for up to 6 cars (max). There is a car port with an outlet that supports Level 2 charging to charge your electric car. You must have your own charger. See photos for outlet type.
Other things to note
Pet Friendly: One well-behaved pup allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, which you will pay at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. Please be aware that it is not fenced and wildlife including coyotes cross regularly through the property.
Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can occasionally approve an early check in or late check out but in general our team needs this time to prepare.
Security Cameras: We have security cameras on the front of the house, which face out toward the driveway and front of the house only.
