Struttura un po' fuori dal centro quindi in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Pulizia impeccabile; i proprietari ci cambiavano gli asciugamani un giorno si e uno no, e tutti i giorni passavano aspirapolvere e straccio. C'é l'aria condizionata e le zanzariere alle finestre. Titolari super disponibili e gentili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e comprare prodotti tipici. Ci hanno anche messo a disposizione un materasso refrigerante x la nostra cagnolina. C'è un bel giardino in cui è possibile rilassarsi e chiacchierare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Non c'è la colazione ma c'è una macchinetta per il caffè sempre accesa e un frigorifero e comunque a Castellana ci sono diversi bar e pasticceria dove assaggiare dolci tipici meravigliosi.

Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, Für bessere Enghlisch Kommunikation wurde sogar die Tochter per whats app als guide zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr ruhige abgesegene Lage, mit dem Auto 25 min nach Monopoli oder Piombino. Esspresso / Teebar frei - Gemeinschaftskühlschrank mit TK für 3 Wohneinheiten vorhanden
