friendly staff, cleaniness, feeling safe, good selection of cakes for breakfast
we were very disappointed with breakfast, we were expected it to be fresh, seasonal Italian farm produce. Disappointedly we had bland sliced bread and most condiments (butter, jam, honey) were all prepacked stuff you get in a budget hotel or a service station.
